Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
