Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Cross Civic Services works with county and city offices around Toledo, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
