Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Seattle, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification.
