Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Glen Civic Services works with county and city offices around Seattle, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
