Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Pine Manufacturing is a San Antonio manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
