Stonegate Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies.
