Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Clear Legal Group is a Sacramento practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
