Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
