Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Clear Banking Services is a regional lender in Rochester with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
