Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Rochester focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 828 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
