Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pike Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Reno. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
