Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
