Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Northwind Vista Manufacturing is a Rochester manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
