Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Lumen Harbor Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Fort Worth working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of service alerts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
