Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Stonegate Clear Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Richmond, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
