Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Birch Energy Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 613 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
