Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Early Learning Partners and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
