Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen North Water Authority and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of capital projects and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
