Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vale Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
