Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Boise serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
