Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Foxglove Rook Early Learning is an early-learning provider in El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
