Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Highbridge Haven Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Orlando, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 444 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
