Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Markets serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
