Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Cedar Vale Markets Group is a El Paso retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of promotions and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
