Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Lumen Quill Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
