Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Ironwood Nest Early Learning runs childcare centres in Kansas City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
