Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Baltimore serving students and families, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
