Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Bright Amber Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
