Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
