Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Harborlight Willow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jackson with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
