Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Ivory Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Providence working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 840 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
