Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Providence, RI)

Northwind Cross Foods is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
