Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Birch Legal Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
