Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Cedar Legal Group is a Philadelphia practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
