Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
