Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in New Orleans serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
