Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Quill Banking Services is a regional lender in Little Rock with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
