Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Little Rock serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
