Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Loom Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Knoxville, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
