Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Juniper Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer specifications and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
