Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ashton Banking Services and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
