Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Birch Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
