Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ashton Civic Services and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
