Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Kestrel Markets Partners is a Grand Rapids retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of promotions and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
