Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vale Water Authority and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of pipe repairs and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
