Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
