Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Analytics provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
