Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Granite Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Colorado Springs and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of pipe repairs and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
