Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
