Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Insurance and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
